	Nathan Hale and Ulysses are discussing the transfer request initiated by James Sexton, who feels Joseph is 'lacking' in his command position. Sexton has a serious chip on shoulder over Allen Hohensee's departure, and may not be a member of the Federation in the future. I know we're not really hurting for members, but I am trying to persuade him to stay - or at least to not let Allen be the reason he leaves.
