Admiral's Log Stardate [-26] 04180.00
Yesterday I had the honor of attending the bi-cultural nuptials of Sarabeth Paige Willey and James Trevis Larson. Regrettably, I was too busy to take any holos myself, but the wedding and reception were gorgeously performed. It was my pleasure to dedicate the time I did to your special day. I know my dedication, and that of others, was appreciated as they both thanked me several times towards the end of the evening, but it was my most sincere pleasure to have given of my time to see their day go off with as few hitches as could be managed.
Today my body (legs, hips, feet) is annoyed with me, and I'd gladly do it all again to see the smiles I saw last night.

Stardate: [-26] 04075.00 - Catch up post from May to now
Admiral's Log
I stopped posting the MCAR reports in May due to a change in how the MCAR's were being submitted and reviewed by my superiors. They have been getting filed, I just don't get the convenient file to repost them for the crew to read if they desire. So there's that explanation out of the way.
As for stardate [-26] 04070.00 - we gathered together for the Walk to End Alzheimer's event. 4 people walked, out of 19 people that attended; if I sound a bit disappointed it's because I was. But, a few of the attendee's had good reasons for not walking, usually health related. Or because they'd just recently returned from chasing after my dunce of a dog who, as we were prepping for the Walk took a jump at a fence as was miles away before he decided to turn around and head home. Since my kids all took after this adventurous mutt, I excused them from walking - since I think they took in their mile walk at a run!
Below is the pictures I swiped from a member of the Nathan Hale after the event. I appreciate her continuing efforts to photo-log any event she's at, and I appreciate that she came to mine and photo-logged it! Thank you Amber!
