Stargate unknown (April 19th at 11:45am)

11:45am after a morning of scurrying around like a disturbed ant colony we successfully pulled out of dock on course for the special assignment in the Alpha Sector. Our first stop was a small way station for minimal supplies. Our full voyage will be 3-4 days to, 3 days there, than 3-4 days back (by 24hour earth rotations.

1:45 pm Several hours i to the voyage the shuttle was stopped at another way station for mundane tasks. The food replicator was enabled and some stretches were in order. 45 minutes later the shuttle was on route yet again.

 Yesterday I had the honor of attending the bi-cultural nuptials of Sarabeth Paige Willey and James Trevis Larson. Regrettably, I was too busy to take any holos myself, but the wedding and reception were gorgeously performed. It was my pleasure to dedicate the time I did to your special day. I know my dedication, and that of others, was appreciated as they both thanked me several times towards the end of the evening, but it was my most sincere pleasure to have given of my time to see their day go off with as few hitches as could be managed.

Today my body (legs, hips, feet) is annoyed with me, and I'd gladly do it all again to see the smiles I saw last night.
